CrossRadar monitors cryptocurrency EMA crossover information and provides alerts. It is an information tool, not financial advice, a wallet, exchange, broker or trading platform. It does not hold, transfer, buy or sell cryptocurrency for users, or access a user’s cryptocurrency wallet or exchange account.
Information CrossRadar Processes
CrossRadar processes notification identifiers, profile identifiers, watchlists, alert choices, app preferences and technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. Where profile information is supplied, it may include an email address and display name. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.
Push Notifications and Device Tokens
CrossRadar uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications. A registration token is cached on the device and may be stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore with a profile identifier and token-update timestamp. Notification test requests send the token to the CrossRadar backend. Firebase also processes installation identifiers to deliver messages.
You can change notification permissions through Android settings and use notification controls in the app. Turning off notification permission does not by itself delete previously stored notification identifiers.
Watchlists, Alerts and App Preferences
Selected cryptocurrencies, timeframes, alert criteria, alert history and notification preferences are stored on your device to provide the features you choose. Backend notification records may also contain settings used to select alerts, such as muted assets, quiet hours and timezone preferences. You can change your choices using the available app controls.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Google Play processes payment information for purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play. SAHAR HAVEN LTD does not receive your card details. Manage Google Play subscriptions through your Google Play account; Google’s privacy and payment terms apply to its processing.
Market Data and Third-Party Services
CrossRadar obtains market information from third-party providers, currently including CoinGecko and backend market-data services. This information supports indicators and alerts. CrossRadar’s use of market data does not require access to your wallet or exchange account.
Provider information: Firebase privacy information, Google Privacy Policy and CoinGecko Privacy Policy.
Diagnostic / Technical Data
Technical information can include notification send and receipt times, delivery status and latency, market-data request errors and service status. App and backend logs may include profile identifiers and notification-related information, including token refresh information. Network service providers may process connection information such as IP addresses to handle requests. This information supports reliability, security and troubleshooting.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide market monitoring, maintain your chosen settings, deliver relevant notifications, operate and troubleshoot the service, and respond to support and privacy questions.
When Information May Be Shared
Google Firebase services process notification identifiers and associated cloud notification records to operate the service. Google Play processes purchase and subscription payment information. Market-data providers process requests for market information. Information sent to support is used to address your request. SAHAR HAVEN LTD does not sell personal information.
Data Retention
Local watchlists, alerts, history and preferences remain in app storage until removed using the available app or Android storage controls. Android backup and restoration may retain app data according to your device backup settings.
The in-app Delete Account action clears local watchlists, user alerts and the active profile identifier. It does not automatically delete cloud notification records, all local history or all diagnostic records. The backend removes invalid or unregistered notification tokens when Firebase reports them during delivery. Other cloud records and logs have no automatic deletion schedule verified in the inspected implementation. For retention questions or a request to delete cloud records or support correspondence, contact support@saharhaven.co.uk. Provider-held information is also subject to the provider’s retention arrangements.
Data Security
CrossRadar’s backend and market-data connections use HTTPS. The project’s Firestore access rules are configured to restrict user records to the corresponding authenticated user and internal market-cache records to backend access. No online service can guarantee complete security. To report a security concern, contact support@saharhaven.co.uk. Do not send payment-card details, wallet recovery phrases, private keys or exchange passwords.
User Choices and Data Requests
You can adjust watchlists, alerts and app preferences, change notification permission in Android settings, and manage subscriptions through Google Play. Clearing app storage removes local app data; it does not cancel a Google Play subscription or delete cloud records.
For questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information, email support@saharhaven.co.uk. Explain your request and provide enough information to identify the relevant app installation or correspondence. Do not include wallet secrets or payment-card details. Requests concerning information held independently by Google or another provider may also need to be made to that provider.
International Processing / Third-Party Providers
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy information explains their processing arrangements and safeguards. Contact support@saharhaven.co.uk for questions about CrossRadar-related processing.
Children
Parents or guardians with a concern about a child’s information in connection with CrossRadar can contact support@saharhaven.co.uk so the concern can be investigated.
